I am playing around with Vera Alerts and trying to see how I can make the notifications from Vera a bit more intuitive.

One if the issues I am having is I am getting three notifications: the standard text, a pushover alert and an email. I only really need the pushover and email and do not see how I can suppress the system alert without turning off all alerts.

Also, when I am getting the system alerts the sender address is different each time so I cannot save one as a contact and assign a ringtone to it. Is there a way to force it to use only a few sender addresses?

I second this. I used to use VeraAlerts and generally I’m ok with the UI7 update as my devices are mostly back to normal but I want the messages to come from one source so I can set a tone that I know is an alarm when I hear it. VeraAlerts was instant and I had special ringtones that I knew so if it went off at night, I got out of bed in a hurry to check things out. Now I don’t know if it’s just a drunk friend or if somebody is breaking in.
