Notification , when wattage goes above but not every 10 seconds

Greetings,

I just installed a Qubino 2 flush relais, which also reports wattage. I want a notification when wattage goes above a certain amount and below a certain amount.

When I setup the notification “Energy usage goes above>> 20 watts” Every couple of minutes I recieve a new notification . I just want 1 notification , untill wattage goes below the 20 watts and only than again another notification, when it is above the 20 watts again.

Is this not something “standard” in Vera , or do I really have to use PLEG for this :o

PLEG seems to be the easier way to get it to work the way you want it.
