Notification "Add" button is not working

:frowning: Getting frustrated. I have been trying for over an hour to add a simple notification to a Schlage door lock device. The lock is paired, and works perfectly from the dashboard, my phone, locally, remotely, etc. But I cannot for the life of me add a notification. I have tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox, as well as the Android mobile browser, and all of them just sit and spin when I click the “add” button to complete the notification dialog.

Am I doing something wrong?? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Do you have any other notifications set up? I assume also that you’ve set up an account at cp.mios.com?

Yes, I had the account set up, working, etc. Looks like the problem was resolved by updating firmware to 1183. It’s also possible I just needed to reboot the Vera a time or two. Either way it is allowing me to add notifications now.

Thats cos they are busy pumping out new firmware all the time :wink:

Good news that it restored it anyway! Sometimes suggesting a reboot is a bit insulting, as its normally one of the first things tried!
