Not talking

So I’ve added two Vera’s connective successful and local server fine just when I ask "OK Google I want to talk to my Vera Concierge " I get on both systems “sorry I don’t know how to help with that”

What am I missing here?

Have you published to the “Cloud” ? (Bottom of the Local Concierge Configure page).
Have you performed the “Connectivity Test” from the VeraConcierge.com account page ?
If you are still having problems send me your Vera Serial # … I can check the logs.
