Not logging user entry

Hi, I tried searching around for this and was unable to find an answer – please point me if I am mistaken. I’ve setup a schlage keypad lock with Vera Lite. The account on cp.mios.com is setup and I receive log message for alert source “variable”. Which I believe is the lock locking itself. I’m not getting the user entry with the pin code. Something wrong? Something I didn’t setup? Any help is appreciated.

Goto the Notifications Tab on your lock …
What have you specified there ?

Ah, Let me try adding something there. I thought it would automatically log a person using a pin code. Thanks

Anyone know how to get an “Alert Source” “User” on the log screen? I did setup door open/close triggers and get notified but it doesn’t say what code. I could setup specific triggers per pin but was wondering if there is a better way.

I wish the Schlage would report for ANY … but you have to setup a different alert for each #1 #2 …
