No remote access

Hello all -

Can anyone suggest why my vera2 suddenly lost contact with the outside world? This is the second time recently.

Symptoms:

I can still log on fine at home, within my wifi network. However, all email notifications and remote access (phone app and going in through the micasaverde webpage) fail. Scenes are still working as they should. I do have the Google weather plugin on my vera - in case tha tmatters.

I was out of town when this happened - so I didn’t /do/ anything…??

What’s your Vera serial number? I’ll check to see when was the last time it reported to our server.

Hey - thanks for taking a look! I went ahead and submitted a ticket - I assume that is more useful than just my serial number. It does say ‘undefined variable’ - which isn’t clear to me if it submitted the ticket ok… I can obvioulsy start cycling the power on things, but I would rather know what is going wrong. You can also see below that it is hitting google ok.

Another weird tidbit. I have datalog on, and it logs the outdoor temp from google weather. It clearly ‘stalled’ for about 8 hours - and at least one of my luups wasn’t working (it didn’t clear out the variable at midnight as it should have). This was the same time the remote access stopped working. The graph is posted in the plugin section, under my post about HVAC logging. The most bizarre part though was that it un-stuck itself.
