No Off-Home Network Connection

I have a Vera Plus running UI7. Saturday I started getting the following Error when trying to connect through the Vera app from a location that is off my home wifi. It works perfect if I am on my home wifi network.

"There was a problem with the connection to the controller. Please check the internet connection and cables of the permission you have on this controller.

I do not know what changed from Friday to Saturday. I am having the same issue on my phone, my wife’s phone and work computer. My work computer (not at home) when logging into the home.getvera.com says the the controller is offline.

Any ideas?

Suggest you reboot your Vera as a first step.

I unplugged the Vera Plus for a little while and then plugged it back in. It is still doing the same thing.

Call Vera support

Has this issue been resolved? I am experiencing it also.

I was going to call Vera support this afternoon, but it appears to be working correctly today. I do not know why it is working now. I didn’t do anything to fix it.
