No devices when selecting Device action in Reactor

I’m trying to add an action within Reactor , but after selecting “Device Action” (within Activities), I’m unable to select a device.
Anyone had this issue before?

I’ve done a cleanup, removing devices and apps…and finally it’s working again. Unfortunately don’t know what was wrong.
