Hello. This morning I started getting text alerts from my Vera that the front door battery was low at 1%. I do not believe that is correct because the battery was 40% yesterday. So I attemped to log into my account via the web, and it said my password was wrong. I store my password in a password manager, so I know it is correct. Nevertheless, I clicked on forgot my password and then put my username in the field to have it send me my password, and it gave me a “Password reset error”. Lastly, I tried to connect with my cell phone (which automatically comes up) and it said “no controllers added to this account”. What is going on? Any suggestions?
Thanks for any help. The Vera is in our vacation home and not easily accessible.
