no connection with MiOS.com - Help!

I have had my vera2 since march 2010 and it has been relatively trouble free until the beginning or this year.

I reported to tech support that the unit started re-booting frequently. They replied on 1/27/2011 that it would be fixed in the next release. On 1/27 the unit stopped communication with mios.com. There was a backup and a few log entries on cp.mios.com on that day, and then I lost the ability to connect remotely. After reboots a message on the UI stated that it was unable to load plugins. I opened a tech support ticked and they responded that they knew the problem and it would be fixed in the next release.

I updated to 1183 and no change in the problem.

Other things that have not worked:

reset unit to factory defaults, reset z-wave, moved vera to DMZ, turned off stateful packet inspection.

I have a ticket open with tech support and am waiting.

Any ideas?

Advanced > Network > Troubleshoot network shows no problem, all tests passed.
