Nexus 7 not going to dashboard screensaver

Hi All.

I have just installed ImperiHome on a Nexus 7.

With an old OS version everything worked fine, but after upgrading to Android 4.4.3, I am having problems with the ImperiHome Dashboard Screensaver.

I have set the Screensaver delay to 15 SECS and switched OFF camera wake up (in case this is keeping it awake), but the dashboard never goes in to screensaver mode.

Is this common, or am I doing something stupid?

Hi,

Did you try to fully restart the tablet ? (We’ve seen some cases where the app stays in memory and does not take the new parameter)
If it doesn’t work, could you send us your debug logs after waiting about 20 seconds for the screensaver to trigger ? (guide : https://imperihome.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200732217 do not forget to send us your debug id by email to support@imperihome.com)

Thanks, that worked nicely… it seems to need a full reboot to get the new settings to take effect
