Newbie help with HeatMax please

My HeatMax setting is currently at 72 degrees and I’d like to raise that slightly, but I just can’t figure out how. I never set that myself, so I guess it must have been the guy that installed the system for me.

From my dashboard, I have gone to the thermostat settings, then selected the Advance tab and then scrolled down to HeatMax which currently reads 72.
I have tried to change that to 75 on several occasions, but each time I close the tab, it reverts back to 72 again.

It seems I am not ‘saving’ or doing something required to activate the new higher setting.

Can anyone explain what I am missing?

I am not sure if it means anything, but under the ‘Apps’ tab, I have noticed an app called ‘Thermostat Min Max’ but I just can’t figure out where to access that. When I click the App, all it brings up is a box with 4 tabs - Plugin Control / Reviews / Add Review / Help - none of the tabs do anything, even the help tab is blank.

Any help would be appreciated.

You did not mention what type of thermostat you are using, so accurate advice will be limited. I know that Honeywell thermostats and others require that changing this and similar parameters be performed in a special installer mode on the thermostat itself.

Yes, it’s a Honeywell. Sorry, I didn’t realize the dashboard would be different for various thermostats.

I’ll go back to the installer and ask them.
