I just purchased a vera3, being a newbe I’m having some issues. I had no problem setting it up the first day, but since then I have added rooms and one device(light sw), downloaded a few gadgets like weather. Now I’m having a problem getting my unit to work, I can’t connect anymore and unit won’t boot up like it did originally. I don’t see the z-wave light come on.
Is there a way to go back to day one factory reset if you will?
Question on ethernet connection to verizon wireless router, on vera do i use wan or lan to verizon router and do I use wan or lan on verizon router?

But it has power does it?

I use the wan port on the vera to connect to my router.

It has power, the power, Ethernet and Wifi lights are on steady.
Still login remote is there a way to login local.

To login local, you need to know the ip address of vera and type in the browser:

http://ip
