New Vera 3 UI5 - manually loaded luup files not running

I just received a fresh new Vera 3 with latest Ui5 from the Amazon deal. No zwave devices connected. (They are all on my production Vera 3)

Downloaded the BlueIris and YamahaLUUP apps from the store - no problems.
manually uploaded LUUP files for the MyQ GDO and the YamahaHTTP plugin. They are showing in teh list of luup files but not working at all. However many reloads I do. I can see the startup notice for the YamahaLUUP plugin but not for the MyQ one. Which normally shows. No devices have been created either for either plugin. The MyQ one normally creates a control plugin that requires the MyQ creds. Not here.

Note, I used the exact same procedures and files on my production Vera 3 without issues (same firmware version)

If I look at the /var/log.LuaUPnP log all I see is.
rm: can’t remove ‘/etc/cmh-ludl/D_Codeset_': No such file or directory
rm: can’t remove '/etc/cmh/persist/

and so on

On my production Vera 3 it states as the 1st line
Successfully Reseted the ZWave chip, with exit_code=0

I know I am missing something but I don’t know what. The unit states US Vera but as said, I have not connected any zwave devices yet as I have no spares.

I’m trying to debug some of the issues with Macrho’s MyQ plugin and get it updated so it supports the Assurelink system out of the box but I can’t get the darn app to even start.

Anybody able to shine some light on this?

Seems the firmware update wasn’t 100% installed. I unplugged the power for about 5 minutes and replugged it. Both plugins are now starting correctly…
