new ted 5000 not working

Hi

I have the latest Ted 5000 but it will not work with the plugin, it keeps on saying that i need to check the settings(ip address etc)
I am sure the ip address used and enetered is correct as i can view from web page. so the ted 5000 is working fine.

does anyone know of problems like this? or can help me?

Hi

The TED 5000 plugin has worked for me for 3 years. Now I am geting the same message. Any ideas? Anyone?
