I just got Vera3 try to register the devise and get this error Unit not available for assign I have the correct s/n and the correct MAC I can logg into IP adress? can some help

i had same issue. you get that message because device is at factory firmware. support had me update firmware to latest release of 1.5 version and then had me create account at cp.mios.com. you dont have to go to home.getvera.com if you have 1.5 UI. She said 1.7 should be releasing shortly. we should be able to upgrade to when its stable enough.
Sounds like the unit is already assigned to a different login, perhaps you got it used?
Do a search this has been a common issue. I think the only solution was to get in contact with MiCasaVerde to correct the problem.
