I just got a New Router and Cant see my Verde ? how can i get to see it agian?
See it? Do you mean via the remote access portal, locally through your web browser, or something else?
My guess, with only scant information, would be that your Vera got a new IP address from the new router and it hasn’t updated the remote servers. A power cycle of the Vera should resolve that.
If you had previously manually assigned a static IP address, you’ll need to make sure that your IP subnet is the same.
Yes sorry it does have a new IP address. I had it all set up to where i didnt have to do Anything but hit an icon on my desk top. It was working for a long time now just need to get it working agian. do i just typr the ip address in my web browser?
Yes, just type the IP address. Then you can save it on your desktop again.
Ok tried that , still nothing. my vera light box has a blue light on and a yellow one ? that right?
