New MIOS website

I went to log into mios.com tonight (1AM Sat) and the mios.com website has been completely revamped. The login no longer accepts by user name. It is asking for a user name which is an email address, but this seems to require a different account than I have for my vera systems.

Does anyone know how to log in on the new website?

Yes is has changed, I can’t login now either. How are we meant to remotely access Vera now ? This is why I don’t like relying on others, might be better to do some NAT port forwarding on my router and access my Vera box directly ?

I also can’ login on mios.com anymore. It works when using cp.mios.com.

On mios.com it even says my mail is not registered when trying to restore the password. Very bad management of change again from micasa verde, had five calls from friends also using the vera. So will this work again soon, or is mios.com now a different website?!

I concur on both mios.com and cp.mios.com login status. Lets hope it’ll get fixed after the weekend.
New offices → new website it seems. :slight_smile:

On the new mios.com site, when clicking the forum link, one is guided here and my credentials work. Looks like a glitch somewhere in the redesign.

Also, when you click on login under their new site, it tell us (end-users) to go to cp.mios.com

Just wanted to let you know that mios.com was never intended to be used by end users, as it was designed for OEMs. With the new website this page will be available only to our OEM partners.
As oTi@ said to connect to your unit remotely you need to login on micasaverde.com or go directly to cp.mios.com/cpui5.mios.com and log in with your username and password.
