New Help with Aeotec Smart Switch Gen5 zw075 & VERA3

i have added a Aeotec Gen 5 ZW075-B09 Switch to my system , actually five of them - they all are controllable , show the correct status however they do not show Watts. They also show “Please wait! Getting secure classes”

Datamine 2 shows they have a variable called KWH and KWHReading however these have a constant values KWHReading has the value 1,460,400,006.9

Anyone got any advice - I have logged a support call but was hoping to solve it a bit easier than that

It appears the way I always used to join devices no longer works correctly.
I always used to get the device installed take my ZWAVE stick out of the vera up to the device - put it in include mode - press the include button on the device and then walk back to the vera
-this is what the instructions with the devices say however fair enough - I have an older stick - I think Aeotec call it a Gen 2 stick - and I want to join Gen 5 devices

However support asked me to use the Wizard (add generic device, step 3 press retry - exclude the device) then retry and include it that worked and I now have Watts on these devices
Well 2 out of 4 - The other two are still not getting the Watts measured - I shouldn’t of moved one back to its final location before I checked I guess

At least maybe if I retry a few more times it may decide to work

Still quite inconsistent and I’m a little unsure how I would do this for wired in devices as the maximum distance for inclusion process between the Vera unit and the device should be maximum 5 feet

So it now appears I must make the Vera portable so I can take it to any permanently wired device
