We have released a firmware upgrade tool that supercedes the previous - somewhat geeky approach that we were asking people to take to upgrade their firmware.

If you have been experiencing spotty network connection with your blaster then you should consider upgrading to the latest firmware. You can discover what firmware your blaster is running by connecting your blaster to a PC/Mac and running the setup wizard.
The current firmware release is A069, and you can also download this by following the same link as above. The firmware installer application is available for both Windows and Mac. Please read the instructions carefully before you begin with a firmware upgrade. After upgrading you will need to cycle the power on your unit and then reset the network settings with the setup wizard (available here: squareconnect.com)
If you have an early unit that does not have an external antenna connection, please make sure that you uncheck the external antenna option when you use the wizard.
