I just did a firmware upgrade on my Vera Lite, and now I see a bunch of new motion sensors, a smoke sensor, a humidity sensor, and a door sensor. How did these get added? I try to delete them and they won’t go away. Why are these showing up?
It’s a bug that has been around for awhile. Others as well as myself have experienced it. Vera support can hide them however I suggest you always create a local backup of your vera everytime you do something. That way when they show up you can easily restore to get rid of them. This is a practice I have been doing since upgrading to UI7.
I thought they were free devices that Vera support were going to send as a peace offering for all the bad firmware
