Networked PLM/Controller on Alsteon?

I have trawled through the Insteon posts, seeking any use of a networked PLM (eg 2412N) with Alsteon

Any thoughts so that I can effectively merge my Zwave and Insteon systems?

This was discussed on the main altsteon thread. Fba is rewriting the plug in in which case could allow the altsteon communicate with the plm over a network via serial.

Sorry for the delay, I have been buried at work.

Altsteon won’t support the 2412N. The 2412N doesn’t act like a normal PLM, since it has the web server built in to control everything. (From what I can tell via the product page on smarthome.com and the complete lack of developer documentation in the SDK.) I am working on tweaking the altsteon code so that it can handle talking to a PLM via a network->serial adapter, as garrettwp said. However, I don’t know when I will have it finished.
