Netatmo Thermostat not recognized by Vera Plus

Hi all,

I got a Vera plus since last Friday so I’m new in this community.

I’ve managed to install all of my devices except for my Netatmo thermostat. I’ve installed the Netatmo plugin and it’s working fine with my Netatmo weather station but when I try adding the Netatmo thermostat by adding a new device, nothing happens.

Is there something else that needs to be done to get the vera to recognize and allow me to add the thermostat?

Following the upgrade of my vera plus to the latest firmware I was hoping for this issue to be fixed but the issue is still the same when I go to add new device, select thermostat and click on Netatmo thermostat, nothing happens whereas if I try adding any other thermostat I’m able to move to the next screen.

From what I’ve read in the forum, some people have the thermostat available on their vera so what is preventing my vera to move forward with the thermostat installation?

Any help/advice will be highly appreciated.

Ok, I have now managed to get this sorted.

What I’ve done is that instead of selecting the netatmo thermostat from the thermostat’s list, I clicked on add device and on the search field I typed netatmo which provided me with 2 results, I selected the thermostat and it all went smoothly from that point on and I now have it working.
