The attached is what the Nest controls look like in the Vera I7 dashboard. What do the two numbers indicate with the +/- above and below them? Is there any documentation for this app?
I believe I have figured it out: The number on the left is the humidity set point and the right is the temp set point. Confirm?
Every UI7 firmware release seems to change the appearance of the Nest thermostat device a little bit. In UI5, the plugin developer (me) had a large degree of control over the display layout, but in UI7 this has been mainly taken over by the Vera developers. There are some things I can change in the plugin, like the icons (in an incompatible way to UI5 icons), but setpoints (the numbers you see are the heat and cool setpoints) are not within the control of the plugin developer. I was having a conversation with a Vera developer about this in November but it seemed to end abruptly. There have been minor workarounds since then but none address the setpoint displays that I am aware of.
The documentation for the plugin can be found here:

Looks like it changed the appearance a lot! And not for the better… Thanks for the information.
If possible I would like the Nest motion sensor to talk to my Veralite hub… Is that doable?
Whatever the Nest thermostats and Protect Smoke+CO detectors use to detect presence, they are not exposed via official or unofficial API, and so there is no way to use them in automation. The closest you could get would be the transition from auto-away to home mode when triggered by someone entering a zone where the thermostat or connected Protect could detect you. And even then, it could be up to two minutes for that change to register. So it’s not really viable. A Z-Wave motion detector might just be a more direct $olution.

Hello Watou,
In UI7, Is that possible to display the Nest current temp? It is working in UI5 but not in UI7…
Why doesn’t the Vera reflect the Fahrenheit temps, the way the Nest is reporting it. The Vera reports the temps in Celcius and the Nest in Fahrenheit. How can I change that?
