Hey everyone! New guy here in need of some advice. I’ve been looking at doing a Verde Lite system for a while and have a couple questions.
I’m looking for a way to be notified remotely when a GFCI outlet has tripped. We have our sump pump on a GFCI (by state code, not by choice). Last weekend it tripped and left us a nice little mess in the basement. I’ve been looking online and can’t really find any Z-Wave GFCI outlets. We will be adding a moisture sensor. But, I would like to be notified when the outlet has lost power rather than when water is already leaking.
What device would I use that would allow me to keep the GFCI outlet I have now but would notify me if the outlet has tripped/lost power?
