Hi,
I need some assistance please…I’ve recently purchased a single channel z-wave 7 day time control and RF room thermostat (http://www.vesternet.com/z-wave-secure-7-day-time-control-and-rf-room-thermostat).
{A} I can get the SRT321 and the SCP318 to talk to each other - and turning the dial can trigger the heating to come on. All good.
{B} I can add the SRT321 to the Vera and can see the thermostat on the dashboard and I can control it via the thermostat or dashboard. All good.
What I can’t do is both {A} and {B} - when pairing and adding to the Vera, one appears to cancel out the other. Very frustrating.
The instructions with these devices refer to pairing the two units together but there’s no mention about how to pair with Vera. I’ve followed similar steps on this forum about adding the SRT321 and they work - but then the SRT321 appears to lose its connection to the SCP318.
What am I doing wrong?
