Need Help With Philips Hue App on Vera

I installed the Philips Hue app on my Vera, but when I go to the “Devices” tab and select my “Philips Hue Control” I don’t have the option to select the three Hue bulbs I have. Under “link to Hue controller” it does say “Link status: Hue hub is up and linked.” I’ve refreshed everything several times, but still no luck on managing my Hue bulbs. Would love some help on this.

Are you in UI7 or UI5? If you are in UI5, then click the “reload” button in the top right. If you are in UI7, there is a command you can do to force a restart of the luup engine. I’m sure someone will pop in and give it to you.

Note that if you have any “groups” that have no bulbs in it, it will fail on startup. the solution is to use an app on your phone that supports groups and remove any empty groups. I use Light Show in Android.

Yeah, I have no groups at the moment. I just simply installed the app, connected it, and that’s it. It won’t let me manage it at all.

Any update on this?

Have the same problem here. The hue works fine on my phones. In vera its only the hue controller device thats created. None of the bulbs are anywhere.
