Need help after upgrade

Hi,

I just upgraded my Vera 3 from UI5 to the latest UI7. The upgrade went fine, and I am now greeted by the UI7 dashboard. I’ve somehow lost all my settings, but I’ll get over it.

The problem I have is instead of a page opening locally, it goes online for me to select the controller, and then just returns to the dashboard. For instance, I click on “Login”, and it then goes to my units at getvera, I choose the unit and then it just goes back to the dashboard where I can keep repeating this loop. The same exact loop occurs when I click on “Users and Account Info” as well as some of the choices in the “Settings” section.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

As weak as “clear your cache and cookies” sounds, it may be the answer.

That and use your local IP address instead of the redirect from Vera.

Thanks for the advice! I went to bed and kept setting it up on my phone, and that way worked. When I got up I cleared the cache in my browser before I tried accessing Vera and then tried it and it worked.
