My project step by step, please help
Gosh, I hope so. I’m an applications developer and I look forward to contributing some cool solutions once I get going. MCV is supposedly evaluating an idea I have for Voice Control. Can’t wait to test it! Maybe I should submit another trouble ticket tonight and see if they can remotely diagnose it as you suggest.

If I only I could get at least 1 device paired :P
Hi I have the same situation, I am a technical engineer and I have pushed my company to try this out, the problem that they become very excited about it, and they are asking me about it every day!

If it didn’t work, I thing they will deduct the cost from my salary

Please Z-wave gurus HELP

Did you look at the Z-Stick(Dongle) and make sure that it is a EU dongle 868.42 and a 908.42 dongle?

I had ONE act brand switch that did that (the other 3 were fine, and my intermatic stuff was fine) when i changed from my old controller to the vera.

I had to shut the breaker off to the switch and then turn it back on. Then I did the exclude and include as above and it worked.

But seems fishy that you would have a problem with THREE items.

maybe there’s some diagnostics they can run on your dongle?

Hi, can you tell me exactly how to shut the breaker off and on? do you mean pressing the switch button?!

I really thinking now that there is something wrong with my dongle either software ( firmware ) or hardware!

There is a reset button on the dongle but I don’t know what it dose exactly, I will do my searches and try my best.
I was referring to the circuit breaker in your hose that controls power to that device.

Sounds like it’s the dongle though since it’s several devices

Hi guys,

Thanks for Mr. Kaldoon I have checked the dongle, and it was 908.42MHz while my switches were 868.42MHz.

I have contacted Vera to replace the dongle, but now I want to know how to check the frequency of the controller?

This is two pic one for my dongle and the other for the controller:
