I am new to this forum and I hope that I will get the help I need.
I Just bout Vera box, European version, with ACT wall mount switch and lamp modules.
Now I am testing ZRP210, but I could not make Vera dongle to include it, I have tried turning it of and on, and hold the button for a while but no luck, I dongle keep blinking in ( INCLUDE ) mode, but never get the device and turn into sweet sold blue.
I have another issue with wiring ZRW230, but I will leave it until I could at least test one lamp module.
Have you tried to explicitly EXCLUDE the lamp module from the network first? I have found that to be necessary with virtually every zwave device I install - excluding it first clears its association with any prior network and frees it up to be included with your network.
did the dongle go solid blue for ~3 seconds when you tried to exclude it? If not then try again.
also on the shutting itself off- without looking it up- is that module an appliance module or a dimmer module? Plugging a monitor into a dimmer module might make problems. Could be the monitor draws more than the 300w those are typically rated for so it’s tripping some internal circuit breaker or something.
sounds like you are excluding and re-adding in one step, I’m not sure if that works (maybe someone else can comment here?), I always exclude, replace the dongle in vera, let it update, then remove it and re-add
Gosh, I hope so. I’m an applications developer and I look forward to contributing some cool solutions once I get going. MCV is supposedly evaluating an idea I have for Voice Control. Can’t wait to test it! Maybe I should submit another trouble ticket tonight and see if they can remotely diagnose it as you suggest.

No it did not, I have tried all possible scenarios, to include and exclude but still nothing.
Regarding turning of by it self, one of the devices did that but the other did not.
