Hey All

I’ve done a search but can’t seem to find the answer…

I’ve got 2 of the 2Gig zwave thermostats. They paired up with the Vera Lite UI5 no probs but on the Vera UI5, it shows 3 thermostats per thermostat ???

Any ideas why this is? I’m not able to post pictures of this on here… I’m guessing that’s because I’m still new to the forum.

I had the same thing, 3 showing up, and only one installed! I used the “contact support” page in the micasaverde.com site and they fixed it by me giving them access to my unit, which they talked me through. They fixed it petty fast, however the 3 still show up on all the iPhone apps I have, iVera and Automator! Automator allows me to hide devices, so thats what I did for the extra 2 thermostats. I’m new as well, support was great and very fast for me!

I have the same issue! 3 thermostats show, only 1 shows the temp.
