Multiple devices created

I’ve had my Vera for a while, but stopped messing with it; however, I just moved, so I’m ready to get things fired up… I just bought an Iris thermostat from Lowe’s (read that it worked fine on this forum), and when I add the device it creates 3 of them. As soon as I delete one of them it just adds it back. What on earth is it doing?

Awesome! In searching for child devices I actually came across a post for my exact issue.

FINAL SOLUTION: If you haven’t installed Firmware v1.5.622 (or higher) yet, do that first (go to Setup > Firmware from the menu). Then after its installed, install the “MiOS Update Utility” plugin. To do that, login to your VeraLite or Vera3 and go to the Apps > Install Apps from the main menu. On that page, enter “MiOS Update Utility” in the search box at the top of the list and click the Show button. Finally, click the Install button next to the “MiOS Update Utility” app. Once its finished installing, click the Reload button in the top right of the page. That it!!! Problem solved. Only one thermostat listed instead of three! ;D ;D ;D This is me super happy!!!
