Motion Sensor triggers notification on arming and not on motion sensing

Hi All,

I am not able to make my motion detection scenes work, as they use to work in UI5. Can some one please advise what am i doing wrong.

Scenario
Objective : The alarm is triggered and a notification is sent only between 8 AM to 5 PM when motion is detected
Motion Sensor used : Ecolink model: PIR-Zwave2

  1. Scenes one : Arm motion sensor from Monday to Friday at 8 AM
    Works fine

  2. Scenes Two : Disarm motion sensor from Monday to Friday at 5 PM
    Works fine

  3. Scenes Three
    Trigger some other Alarm and send notification when ever Device Trigger "Whenever Motion Sensor 1 is armed and detects motion "

Expectations : The alarm is triggered and a notification is sent only between 8 AM to 5 PM when motion is detected
Actual Result : The alarm is triggered and notification sent every day Monday to Friday at 8AM ( when the sensor is armed) irrespective of any motion.
Motion has no effect. The alarm is triggered when the Scene no 1 is run and not when motion is detected

Can you please advise when am i doing wrong, and what should i be doing
