MonoPrice Yale Lock?

Hi all,

I wanted to know how reliable is the monoprice yale lock? Does it work well with UI7?
If not, what are the outstanding problems and what locks are recommended?

I bought a z-wave lock from Monoprice in late December. It doesn’t identify itself as a Yale lock and cost right at $100. Looks more like a cheap knockoff. it was added to my VeraLite just like my Kwikset lock and is working great for me. It’s not a daily use lock, since it’s on the back of the house, but I haven’t had any issues when I use it.

Note that I’m still on UI5, and don’t plan to go to UI7 until it gets more reliable.

I have two of the Monoprice locks. Both work well on my Vera Lite with UI7. I just posted a full review of the lock at Monoprice’s site if you want to read it.
