I did a search and couldn’t find anything. I’ve installed a monoprice motion sensor with my Vera Edge and everything seems to be working expect sometimes when I first arm the system it reports seeing motion on an empty room. I haven’t had it fire randomly in the day yet; it seems to mis-fire right after arming.
I thought maybe it was over sensitive so I even put a jumper on the pet-1 pins, but it’s still happening. Do I maybe have a bad sensor?
Update: I think my veraedge was causing the problems; today it kept sending out the same alarm over and over again until I rebooted it.
Another question, the setting of “Wait X amount of time before triggering an alarm” does that mean it has to see motion for x seconds before it will alert me?
