Hi,
So i have run the mips 2 for a little over 12 months now and not had a problem including/excluding devices.
Now all out of the blue i can not add any devices,either using the remote battery pack and carrying the unit to the device or the full power method.
anybody able to shed any light on this for please.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A couple questions:
When it is plugged in and on its ethernet connection, what is the status of the lights on the unit?
Does it work properly otherwise (e.g. you can control devices already connected)?

when plugged in and on it’s ethernet connection, lights show solid green and unit works fine.I can control devices already added.

Yes tried reboot,and reset. Have spoken with tech,they just suggested using full power inclusion.This made no difference.

Do this,
go to ?SETUP?→?Z-wave Settings?→?Advanced? and click on ?Hack to convert 2.78 to 3.20?. Then you will need to reload the engine by pressing the ?Reload? button from the top right corner.
