From the wiki main page:
Please see the [b]Overview of all Pages[/b] for a list of all pages.
…used to do what it says on the tin.
Now, it doesn’t, but arrives at a form with entries like "Display pages starting at: " and so on.
Any insight into this? It used to be the only way I could find anything there!
Bad news. It looks like a spammer has started using the Wiki, and changed your favorite page’s behavior on 4/19/2013.
Any Wiki editor can revert the changes. Sorry, that’s not my bailiwick.
Courtesy vacuuming done.
(Looks like the selection page shows up when a certain number of wiki pages has been reached. Rather than providing your own range, a default set of ranges was also presented below the form. Clicking on those was working and would show you the selected range of pages. With the spam pages gone, we’re back below the threshold, so everything shows again with a single click.)
MCV: not sure how many times we have to ask, but please don’t let the dirt in.
Thanks for the cleanup work, and the insightful explanation of MediaWiki’s workings.
However, some spam remains.[sup]1[/sup] There may be more, but I don’t see it immediately.
[sup]1[/sup] Edit by oTi@: Now deleted.
Thanks indeed oTi@.
I panicked, rather than investigated.
Appreciate the housekeeping.
Now I can find what I was looking for.
