I got my Vera 2 only a month ago. Everything had been going great until yesterday when I added a new light switch. Then I suddenly got the dreaded “Transmit failed with code 1” error for all my modules. I did a “heal with stress test” which was completely useless so I put in a support ticket. It’s been a full day now and not a peep from MCV.
Has anyone had experience getting support from them? What’s their normal turnaround time? I’m pretty unhappy right now with Vera and MCV. >:(
They have been pretty good in recent months with responses, but if you submit the ticket on a weekend you might have a day or so delay before they get to it. Or if you submitted it on Monday, it could be that they are dealing with a backlog of tickets from the weekend. Hopefully you’ll get a response in the next day.
Thanks. Turns out I did get a response late this afternoon asking for an access code, so I assume they’ll be looking at it tomorrow (Wednesday). Oh well - at least that’s better than Hawking, who never provided any customer service at all for their gateway.
