I can setup manual route for device, but sometimes communication fails.
Is there a possibility to set multiple (alternative) routes to device ?
will you tell me how to set up this manually?
You can set it up in ‘Device Options’ tab. By default is ‘undefined’.

Xav,
Would you mind showing an example of the syntax you use for setting the manual route. I have not seen it documented, and the MiOS help links near “Manual Z-Wave Route” in the UI are not functional in the version I have.
I tried it, but the result was not pretty… any idea what might have happened? Node 10 is between node 7 and the controller, and should be a reliable intermediary.

David,
My experience says that the geometric position is less important than the “radio visibility”.
Go into: Toolbox → Z-Wave device → Repair
And analyze existing repair report or start new repair task to get a new report.
It should help you to choose intermediary node.
