How do you do that???
Using a Mac, and running Safari, you can open any web page, and use:
File -> Open in Dashboard...
This will let you select the “region” of the UI to clip, and then (Add) it to the Dashboard.
You can also use it on sites like Pandora, to create “background” Web radio stations 
or open the mobile page in safari and right click
Yup, that works too!
BTW: You can get better screen captures with 4, which places a set of Cross-hairs anywhere on the screen and then Click-Drag it to create a “Screen shot yyyy-mm-dd.png” file. It’ll come out cleaner that way.
