Luup failing to start

Hi guys, I’m having trouble with my veralite. everything was working great for a while then suddenly i noticed my PLEG stuff would randomly not work.

Checked the webpage and at the top it’s saying that some plugins could not be downloaded. But it doesn’t say which ones or why it’s even downloading them.

Thing is I tried to uninstall the plugins but it just throws some error that it failed to communicate and nothing happens. I obviously tried to reboot it several times and it’s been like this for several days now.

Can anyone give me some insight on how to fix this or how I can put in a formal support request for MCV?

Thanks

If it helps, here are my plugins:
ERGY Plugin 2.1
WakeUp Light 0.9
VeraAlerts 5.6
Program Logic Core 6.7
Program Logic Event Generator 6.7
Program Logic Timer Switch 6.7
dataMine graphing and logging 0.980

FYI, the ERGY plugin is notorious for destabilizing vera.

I would recommend that you start with taking that out.

Is there a way to disable/remove plugins from the CLI? the web interface won’t respond to an uninstall request

the plot thickens,

was browsing around and noticed this on the firmware page:

//usr/bin/GetLatestVersion.sh: line 138: can’t create //etc/cmh/version_latest: No space left on device

Guessing some log didn’t rotate

well, i’m screwed apparently, I can’t enable remote access. says successful but never shows me the password info :frowning:

SSH into the Vera and find out what’s taking up all that space. I bet /dataMine is on your root device and taking up all the space.

how do i get the root password for my vera? I can’t enable the “remote access” password

Google “Vera root password”.

i have a veralite

Oh, um, ok lemme see if i can get it from a backup

Yeah, apparently the USB stick stopped working and datamine automatically decided to keep writing its data onto the local storage, lame.

Yeah, you are not the first person that has happened to.

It’s hard to know if the file system filling up hasn’t corrupted other parts of your system, such as your device list. It might be prudent to restore from a backup instead of just deleting /dataMine.

Yeah, that’d be great, only problem is that I don’t have a backup from when it was working fine, it’s been screwed up for over a week and all of the backups listed are from yesterday.
