Lutron RA2 no implementation message?

I cannot get the Lutron App to work. I have created the devices but they do not work. When testing the “Poll Now” in Advanced I get “No Implementation”

How Can I ping my lutron controller to make sure the vera and the Lutron are talking?

Any help Please?

Is your lutron system working as a standalone system? Which vera/UI are you on?

Also, have you been through this thread on the plugin forum?

Yes - I have the lutron software for programming my system - I can use it with my phone - at home. Still trying to figure out how to make it work offsite - I need to get a VPN working for it ( I think )

I am using the Vera 3 controller on U15.

I will look at your link and see if there is something I have not tried.

It seems to me the best thing to do would see if I can telnet into the lutron from the Vera. then when I know they are at least talking to each other I can figure out the rest.
Sending commands does not work.
