Hi I have just had remote assistance to sort out some issues with a Fibaro FGMS001 motion sensor (latest gen) on my Vera Plus…the motion sensor now displays correctly but now I have discovered I have lost all the options to add devices other than Insteon and UPnP devices in the add device wizard of UI7. The Zwave and other radios are working as the LEDs are present on the controller and it seems to be possible to use the hard buttons for inclusion of devices…the LEDs change state in the correct manner but I cant add zwave devices…any ideas as to the cause please?
Would I be correct in thinking a hard reset (pushing the reset button 6 times ) would remove the changes made to make the motion sensor work correctly?
I’m not sure if I’d commit to a factory reset at this time. It will take your unit back to initial setup.
Try contacting support again, explain that after the last tech got it working, you lost options.
It may be a very simple fix for support.

Thanks for the reply, I figured that would be the case but wanted to check…I already had a support case open since Thursday with no reply yet, so I opened another to be sure!
Mine did exactly the same thing, had my motion sensors rectified remotely and then I went to add a new dimmer a couple of days later and no way of adding another zwave device. I gave mine the 6 finger salute to reset back to factory as I couldn’t take another sleepless night.
I’m going to wait till the next firmware comes out before going any further, I just want a motion sensor that works correctly and a dimmer that doesn’t say it can’t be detected even though fully operational…
The weird thing is this “bug” only exists whilst directly connected on my own network. If I connect from outside of my network everything appears fine in the UI…
