I can’t access my account on home.getvera.com. I have reset the password several times, however the passwords that I receive by email are not working.
I raised two tickets to your support and called about 10 times (and left a message by phone asking to call me back) during three days without any response. Are you alive there?!
Anyway, pls fix my account ‘thrawn001’ ASAP as I can’t access my Vera out of my LAN.
