Login, home.getvera.com & status.getvera.com

Can’t login and home.getvera.com is SUPER slow. status.getvera.com syas only 16 minutes outage… but this is since yesterday.

If it wasn’t for deleting the alerts I would not want to need this stuff…

Vera, is the status portal working correctly? Is the home.getvera.com site problematic last day 1.5?

The system is definitely having problems this morning. My Vera app on phone and iPad are working, but the pc application and HomeWave are not.

Yes, it’s abysmal. Typically, I chose today to reset and upgrade a controller and try and add it to another network as a secondary. Can’t even set the right country configuration… :frowning:

Really, I can’t see this as a promising starting point for Melih’s new vision for Vera. All I want is a stable Zwave to Ethernet bridge. Anyone know a good one?!

AK,

You could just unplug the vera from the mios servers like I did… I am not affected at all by all these outages.

But how you delete the alerts?

The event server is the only one I am letting connect to so that the vera can wipe out its alert backlog indeed. The brute force alternative is to run a delete script and reload luup which I found works too but requires a dreaded luup reload…

An alternative for a reliable bridge: HomeAssistant on openZwave… or openZwave directly if you wanted to create a bridge to it on openLuup

Vera…

status.getvera.com says: All Systems Operational

But they’re not. After MINUTES of waiting it connects and the first delete of an alert:

Failed to delete system alert from the server. You can try again from the dashboard or you will have to go to the Users & Account Info section and try to delete it from there.

What’s wrong with the system?
What’s wrong with the status page?
