Link to another page

I’m not sure the proper names, but I’m wondering if its possible to make a link on the full page to link to another page. Or make the the side bar links a full page?

What I’m trying to do is is put a full layout of the house on a full page then click on the room I want which will take me to a page for the items in each room.

I assume you are trying to achieve this on an iPad? This is not yet possible, but I have the option already on my list, to increase the size of the Home screen (which has the links to other screens) on iPads to make it larger or even full screen.

This option is already available on the iPhone/iPod version, though, correct? If I understand the request correctly, I already do this on my iPhone. I have links on my “main” screen that jump to other screens. I guess I’ve never tried it with the iPad.

Yes on an Ipad. And yes if that side bar would take up the whole screen it would be good, but I’m not sure it would still be as I would like. Reason is I think that would create a page or sheet for even the unused spots. If I put a large floor plan of the house I would have some empty spots to help position the the ones I need over the correct room. Then over the room I would name the room with text and with a click on that it would take me to a page for all items in that room.

I have a floorplan already up one of the pages as an overview, but with so many z-wave items and so little real estate everything is to small of a logo and text to make it fit, especially a bathroom that has a, 2 lights a fan, motion, window all to cram in.

I’m thinking it might be better to leave the sidebar alone, and create device control in the control list that when clicked it’s just links to a page of your choice. Kind of like the first on that says “no control” its just a label.

I this was done I could still have my left sidebar to show every room and can click there if I choose for a shortcut, Or I can leave that to the side and have a Layout of the house on the first/main page where I could click on any Icon I have there to also link me to the page of my choice.

Hope this makes sense and is easy enough to make it doable.

This is possible if you make your default page a screen, then you want to create an action button. The action will be goto screen, then you select the screen you want to go to.

I’m doing the exact thing, my default screen is my first floor and then I have buttons to goto the second floor and basement and well as other rooms that have multiple controls. You can even go so far as to make the entire room an action button with no text or background and clicking anywhere in the room will take you to a room specific screen (this is easy if the room is rectangular more difficult with odd shapes and may require multiple adjoining buttons to make it seamless), then in that screen you would want to create a back/exit button and on the side of my screens I have quick buttons for the different floors and important sensors I want to display on all screens, like my flood sensors and key doors/garage.
