Does anyone know if I can use a linear wd500z without a load?
Id like to setup a couple of 3 way switches in the house. I know I can use linear WT00-1 for that, but a supplier has the WD500z on sale this month for half the cost. Can I sync two WD500z’s in the Vera and use one without a load to control the same light?
Manual implies that the necessary associations work. It should work.
It does not work.
You need the Linear WT00Z-1 Z-Wave 3-Way Wall Switch or similar scene controller.
