Linear switch can't program

I got new linear switch’s I installed 2 dimmer and 2 normal switch’s programmed them no problems, I tried to install 2 more dimmers and they doesn’t work, I tried to remove them and reinstall them and still didn’t work, I removed all device and now none work "Unable to get any information on node"can anybody help me

What exactly do you mean when you say " I tried to remove them and reinstall them" and “I removed all device”?

Have you excluded and then included the switches? If you did not exclude them and if all you have is 6 switches and none work, I would suggest starting from the beginning.

  1. Factory reset your Vera.
  2. Exclude and then include each switch.
  3. Configure as desired.
