Leviton -1LX vs -1LZ difference?

So far the only difference I’ve seen is one has almond and one has light almond.

If I’m using white, is there any difference between the two since the -1lx’s will save me some money? I’d like all the switches/colors to match so if there is a difference in the look/feel I’d rather just go with the -1lz’s so I’m consistent all throughout my house since the 1lx’s are hard to find (discontinued).

I’m speaking of the dimmers specifically. VRI10-1lx and VP00R-1lx.

Per my discussions with Leviton, they only changed from the 1LX to 1LZ part numbers because they changed the color options of the faceplates. 1LX designates the old color options. That being said, the 1LX models may have older firmware since they’re older. Dunno what if anything has changed in the firmware though.

I guess I should also add the question if a -1LX remote switch can work in combo with a -1LZ main dimmer. No use buying a couple -1LX’s remotes for a reduced price if they won’t work with -1LZ’s down the road.
