Led Lights dimming

Hello, i found similar topics but i didn’t understand what should i do to control my leds

I have 12 down lights leds in my living room each one 15W and powered by external driver …, all connected to the same line (currently there is no setup to dim them)
First i thought to use a Relay in a wall to turn on/off power and use cheap RF dimmer that will replace driver of each led in groups of 4 leds per dimmer

However i prefer solution that will be Z-wave native, and preferably with minimum Z-wave controllers., From Fibaro dimmer spec i see it requires 220V so if i understand correctly putting it on a main circuit will not affect my leds…
Is there any dimmers available that similar to
RF dimmers i sent earlier but z-wave compatible?
